Is this legal?

Yes, it’s 100% legal. For each raffle, we will have all the required permits and licences to operate in Spain, the owners and their homes will have the required licence by the Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego  and of course our raffles will be public and held in the presence of certified notaries.
